MOQs vary by product and source, typically starting at one container load for direct imports. Lead times range from 2 to 3 weeks for stocked items and 8 to 12 weeks for non-stocked items. Emergency sourcing can often be accommodated within 72 hours through our network.
How does your confidential brokerage actually protect seller identity?
We act as the intermediary in all communications and transactions. Buyers see product specifications and quality certifications, but never seller identity or company information. Documentation is processed through DTI to maintain complete anonymity while ensuring full traceability.
What quality control measures do you have in place?
All suppliers undergo pre-qualification including facility audits, quality certifications, and sample testing. We maintain detailed specifications for every product and conduct random quality checks. Third-party inspection services are available for critical orders at buyer request.
Do you handle logistics and delivery, or do we need our own freight arrangements?
We provide full logistics services including import documentation, customs clearance, and delivery coordination. Materials can be delivered directly to your facility or consolidated with other orders to reduce freight costs. We also work with your preferred carriers when requested.
How is pricing determined and quoted?
Pricing reflects current market conditions, order volume, delivery requirements, and source location. We provide detailed quotes including all costs (material, freight, duties, handling) with no hidden fees. Volume discounts and long-term contract pricing are available for qualified accounts.
