We founded DTI to solve a persistent problem in U.S. manufacturing: the need for a supply chain partner who values relationships and confidentiality as much as quality and speed.
A Better Way to Build a Supply Chain
Having spent our careers in manufacturing and logistics, we saw the same friction points again and again. Smaller manufacturers were often overlooked, forced into transactional relationships with unreliable vendors who offered inconsistent quality on imported goods. Access to global mills was complex and risky, while valuable capital and warehouse space were being held hostage by excess inventory with no discreet way to offload it. The system wasn't built for the lean, agile manufacturer.
We knew there had to be a better way. We combined Nate's deep experience in global logistics and distribution with Jason's expertise in process engineering and product development to create DTI. The goal wasn't to be just another supplier, but to build a true supply chain partner. We established direct sourcing and created a confidential brokerage system—a structure designed from the ground up to operate on trust, transparency, and a genuine commitment to our partners' success.
To become the most trusted sourcing and supply chain partner for manufacturers, distributors and importers—from regional operators to national brands—in the industrial materials market—offering a blend of global reach and local relationships.

DTI = Domestically Traded / Import Products
We started DTI Products to solve a simple problem for manufacturers: it is hard to secure reliable, high quality materials from both domestic and international sources without adding complexity or risk.
We trade and manage domestic inventory so you can access material already in North America.
We cut out unnecessary middle layers and improve consistency.
As a result, you get one partner, one relationship, and multiple ways to keep your lines running.

Why Our Model is Different
In an industry where materials are often treated as commodities, our true product is trust. We intentionally built DTI's structure to be different. The unique combination of confidential inventory management and strategic brand representation creates a closed-loop ecosystem. This model provides our partners with a level of access, security, and innovation that a traditional vendor simply cannot offer. It's how we deliver a lasting competitive edge.
